Douglas to Impact Hawaiian Islands

Hurricane Douglas is expected to move near the Hawaiian Islands late this weekend.

Douglas is currently a Category 3 Hurricane with max winds of 120 mph moving west-northwest around 20 mph. The storm is current 1,335 miles east-southeast of Hilo, HI.

Douglas is expected to bring strong winds, heavy rain, and dangerous surf to the Hawaiian Islands beginning late Sunday.
