Hurricane Genevieve to Impact Baja California

Hurricane Genevieve, a Category 4, will move just west of the Baja California peninsular over the coming days.

Tropical storm conditions are expected across portions of southern Baja California Sur as the center of Genevieve passes just to the west today. A Tropical Storm warning is in place from Los Barriles to Todos Santos.

Genevieve is moving toward the northwest at about 14 mph. Maximum sustained winds are near 130 mph.
